Cubic Corp. (NYSE: CUB) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.
The dividend will be payable on March 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
