CryptoLogic Limited (NASDAQ: CRYP) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share, or $0.04 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record of CryptoLogic Limited and CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation as at December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date will be November 27, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.9%.
