Crown Crafts (NASDAQ: CRWS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.
The dividend will be payable on July 6, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
