Crosstex Energy LP (NASDAQ: XTEX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
