Costco Wholesale Corp (NASDAQ: COST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
