Cooper Industries (CBE) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield
The Board of Directors of Cooper Industries plc (NYSE:CBE) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 on each share of the Company's outstanding common stock, or $1.00 annualized.
The dividend is payable January 4, 2010, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 26, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 2.5%.
