Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTWS) announced that the Company's Board of Directors today approved a 2.2% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.2225 to $0.2275 per common share, payable on September 15, 2009, for shareholders of record as of September 1, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is September 29.
