Consolidated Edison, Inc. (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.615 per share, or $2.46 annualized. This is a 1.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.605.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
