Comtech Telecommunications (NASDAQ: CMTL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
