Columbia Property Trust (NYSE: CXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2015.
