Colony Financial (NYSE: CLNY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.
