Citizens Financial Services, Inc. (OTCBB: CZFS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
