Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 21.4% to $0.17; 3.3% Yield

Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 21.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2013, to stockholders of record on April 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of April 4, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.

"We are increasing our dividend as part of our strategy to deliver a consistent return to our shareholders, in line with our capital allocation commitment," said Frank Calderoni, executive vice president and chief financial officer, Cisco. "Cisco's continued execution and strong financial position enable us to provide a higher dividend directly to our shareholders."
