Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 2, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
