Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend on its common stock of $0.06 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2009 to stockholders of record on August 14, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is August 12.
With shares of Cimarex trading around $29.65 today, the dividend is yielding 0.81%.
