Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.
The dividend will be payable on April 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
