Choice Hotels (NYSE: CHH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per share, or $0.82 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.195.

The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
