Chico's FAS (NYSE: CHS) reports Q3 EPS of $0.16, 1 cent better than the consensus of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $483.0 million, compared to the consensus of $476.91 million.
Comps up 3.1%.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on its common stock, $0.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 21, 2010 to Chico's FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2010. The ex-dividend date is December 3, 2010.
Yield on the dividend is 1.6%.
Comps up 3.1%.
