Cheviot Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CHEV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
