Cheviot Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CHEV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
