CenturyTel, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per common share, or $2.80 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on December 2, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 30, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 8%.
