Caplease Inc. (NYSE: LSE) reports Q3 FFO of $0.28, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter was $45.10 million, which compares to the estimate of $43.09 million.
Raises FY09 FFO from $0.91 - $0.96 to $0.99 - $1.01. Consensus is $1.03.
