CapLease, Inc. (NYSE: LSE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock and per limited partnership unit for the first quarter of 2009. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2009 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2009.
With shares of CapLease up 23% to $1.98 today, the dividend yields 10.10%.
