Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.49.
The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
