CBOE HLDGS (NASDAQ: CBOE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.
The dividend will be payable on September 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
Additionally, the company to repurchase an additional $100 million of its outstanding unrestricted common stock.
