Brown-Forman Corp. (NYSE: BF-B) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 9.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.
The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 6, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 2, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
