Brookfield Properties Corporation (NYSE: BPO) reported Q1 FFO of $0.28, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $380 million versus the consensus estimate of $545.05 million.
The Board of Directors of Brookfield Office Properties declared a quarterly common share dividend of $0.14 per share payable on June 30, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
