Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield

Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 31, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.

The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on April 15, 2016 to holders of record on March 30, 2016.
