The dividend will be payable on December 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
The Company is accelerating its dividend payment in advance of likely increases in taxes in 2013; payment would typically have occurred in the first quarter of fiscal 2013.
