Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
