Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE: BWP) reports Q2 EPS of $0.49, 14 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $190.3 million vs. $165.45 million consensus.
Boardwalk Pipeline also declared a quarterly cash distribution per common and subordinated unit of $0.47 payable on August 11, 2008, to unitholders of record as of August 4, 2008.[SM]
