Black Box Corp (NASDAQ: BBOX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.
The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
