Berkshire Hills Bancorp (Nasdaq: BHLB) reports Q2 EPS of $0.55, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenues were $27.16 million vs. $27.18 million consensus.
The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share to stockholders of record on July 31, 2008 and payable on August 14, 2008. Including this dividend, the total dividends declared for the year-to-date in 2008 are $0.47 per share, which is a 9% increase over the same period in 2007.
