Baytex Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTE) declared a monthly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $2.64 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
