BankFinancial Corporation (NASDAQ: BFIN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.01.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 11, 2014.
