Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) today announced its quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized.
This dividend will be payable on December 15, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2009.
