Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE: ATO) said today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend increase on the company's common stock of approximately 2% to $0.335 per share, or $1.34 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on December 10, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 25, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 23, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.5%.
Atmos Energy Corporation engages in the distribution, transmission, and storage of natural gas in the United States.
