Atlantic Power Corp. (NYSE: AT) declared a monthly dividend of CDN$0.09583 per share, or CDN$1.14996 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.5 percent.
