Asta Funding, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 22, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 20, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
