Assurant, Inc. (NYSE: AIZ) announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share, or $0.60 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 26, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.9%.
