Associated Estates Realty Corporation (NYSE: AEC) announced today that a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share has been declared on the Company's common shares, payable August 3, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 15, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares prior to May 13th.
