Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, or $0.40 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on or about January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 11, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.8%.
