Antero Midstream Partners (NYSE: AM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 7.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.205.

The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
