Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) confirmed today that its Board of Directors approved a continuing quarterly dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $0.015 per share, payable on or about July 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of June 8.
The dividend currently yields 0.17%.
