Ampco-Pittsburgh (NYSE: AP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
