Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) announced a 20% increase in its regular quarterly dividend from $.15 per share to $.18 per share.
The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2008 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2008.
Ampco-Pittsburgh stated the increase is a reflection of its achieving record earnings in 2007, together with its strong backlog of orders and financial condition.
Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation is a leading producer of forged and cast rolling mill rolls for the worldwide steel and aluminum industries. It is also a producer of air and liquid processing equipment. [LJ]
