Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASCA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.105 per common share, or $0.42 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2009 to stockholders of record as of December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 2.4%.
