American Tower Corp (NYSE: AMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
