American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Company's quarterly dividend of $0.09 per common share, or $0.36 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on March 5, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 19, 2010. The ex-dividend date is February 17, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 5.5%.
