American Capital Agency Corp. (NASDAQ: AGNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share, or $5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 27, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of December 24, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 16.6 percent.
